About This Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Marketer to own and execute marketing across the entire customer journey—from awareness and acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role working directly with the founders to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, launch campaigns, and run growth experiments.
You’ll connect the dots across content, email, social, SEO, product marketing, landing pages, and marketing operations to identify and execute opportunities that move key growth metrics.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue
- Create and distribute content across blogs, email, social media, case studies, landing pages, and customer-facing assets
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, nurture, activation, retention, and win-back sequences
- Manage and improve conversion funnels across website, content, email, and product touchpoints
- Launch and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, product announcements, and GTM campaigns
- Conduct growth experiments across acquisition and conversion channels and use data to improve performance
- Collaborate with founders on positioning, messaging, and market strategy
- Track and report on key growth metrics including traffic, leads, activation, pipeline contribution, CAC, and conversion rates
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing efficiency and output
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a similar role
- Proven ability to execute across multiple marketing disciplines rather than specializing in only one area
- Experience creating content, managing email campaigns, launching marketing initiatives, and optimizing funnels
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, attribution, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from concept to execution
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data and experimentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
Nice To Have
- Experience working in SaaS, martech, adtech, e-commerce, or Shopify-focused companies
- Familiarity with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands and the e-commerce ecosystem
- Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Webflow, GA4, Google Search Console, or similar marketing tools
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies
- Exposure to paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, automation, and workflow optimization
- Understanding of server-side tracking, attribution, and customer data platforms
