The Clinical Senior Operations Manager for Utilization Management is Responsible for Managing and Overseeing Operations (UM) while Ensuring Compliance with Industry Standard(s) and Regulatory Requirement(s).
You will be Responsible in Building and Maintaining Client Relationship(s), Meeting Service Level Agreement(s), and Achieving Financial Expectation(s).
Analyze and Maintain all Client Service Level Agreement(s) and Implement Improvement Plan(s) as Needed, Ensure that Operations is in Compliance with Active Contract(s)
Oversee Client Relationship(s), Facilitate Open Communication(s), Understand Client Perspective(s) and Expectation(s), and Monitor Client Satisfaction, Provide Leadership and Guidance to Direct Report(s) to Ensure Consistent Administration of Company Policies and Standard(s)
Define and Implement Any Corrective Action(s) Needed to Meet Operational Performance, Maintain and Grow Revenue of Supported Program(s), Responsible for Profitability Including Revenue, Margin(s), Billing, Seat Utilization, and Retention
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with Active License as a US Registered Nurse (Compact License - Allows a 'USRN' to Practice in Other State(s) and Territories without Obtaining Additional License(s) while Maintaining their Primary State of License) - 1 Year(s) Experience in a Senior Manager Role or Capacity with Experience in Managing Team(s) Handling Utilization Management
Demonstrated Ability to Analyze and Improve Work Process(es), Establish a Course of Action for Self and Other(s) to Accomplish Specific Goal(s), Demonstrated Ability to Coach and Develop Action Plan(s) which Maximize Performance and Provide Effective Feedback, Demonstrated Ability to Implement Change, and Flexibility to Quickly Adapt to Changing Business Need(s)
